Work can be pretty boring if you completely lack the motivation to actually do anything — basically caused by the completely lack of technical insight in the upper regions of ‘management’. The irony is that we are supposed to be a technical company.
It’s quite tiresome to repeatedly try to explain, in vain sadly, the importance of such trivial things of, say, software-updates, new machines, et cetera.
So in stead of focussing 100% on doing important work, I’m here installing my web-journal on my machine at home, while the due-date of an important deadline is crawling closer and closer.. Oh well.
I do think we’re gonna make that deadline, though. You’d almost think the lack of motivation was calculated in the planning.
