Belgium children set fire to 16 month old little sister

In Belgium, children playing with a lighter accidentally set fire to the crib their little 16 month old sister was sleeping in.

The father got serious burning wounds on his arms trying to rescue the little kid, and took her to the hospital.

Now I wonder who’s gonna take the blame for this: the Internet? Al-Qaeda? Video-games?

Where were the parents when this happened?
