December 21st 2005 at 9:17 am in Random Rantings Why is it always that we have to make New Years Resolutions when the new year begins? It’s like, blaming all the people for the insane shit that goes on all around the world.
It’s pretty naive to think the world really would get any fucking better if everybody kept to their New Years Resolutions.
Man, most of those wouldn’t solve a thing or make this world any fucking better.
Who cares if you’d stop smoking?
What will it fucking accomplish? People in the tabacco industry loosing their job, that’s what would happen. And as there’s already plenty of people without a job, it would indirectly cause more crime. Thank you, you spineless bastards for giving up on your favourite pass-time, only because ‘the multitude says it’s a bad thing‘. (Where’s the law telling the obese people to fucking stay away from McDonalds?) I really wouldn’t be surprised if smoking wasn’t at all as bad as they would like to make us believe it is, but I slightly digress.

Like the one above, you are probably still an asshole. If it’s worth spending time with you — your family and friends would’ve visited you plenty of times this year, now wouldn’t they?

Now that’s a fucking amazing one! As if one can control their own level of ‘enjoyment’. I mean, in a fucked up world, one can only enjoy this by ‘numbing’ themselves, to become more and more resistant to the negative influences of all the shit going around in the world.
Yeh — resolutions will really change the world for 2000 fucking 6 with everybody focussing on their fucking selves. I can really see crime disappearing and health / educational systems getting better, wars ended and peace introduced everywhere…
