NG-BASIC 0.2.6 maintenance release

As was expected after yesterdays Slashdot Effect, I received some emails concerning NG-BASIC. Thanks for the interest!

So, I bugfixed some annoying things, mainly IF now correctly supporting OR and AND and other mysterious bugs.

There’s still a problem with RUN-ing applications from an existing application as some state variables aren’t correctly updated but I’m working on it…
