Political ‘crisis’ as government resigns in the Netherlands

So, last night our government ‘fell’ because of the whole Hirshi-Ali business. Well actually it fell because most politicians, as they always do, are more busy with themselves, than the actual country they’re trying to run.

In that respect, I had expected a crisis rather sooner than later.

If enough people still care enough and vote wisely the upcoming elections we might be lucky and that shitty excuse of a prime-minister we currently got will be replaced by somebody else.

These capitalist bastards have had their chance — it’s time for a more social era again. Time for a female prime-minister, perhaps?

    Heh seems that the people that organised demonstrations against recent government policies, Keer Het Tij (tr: Change The Tide), are actually organising a party to celebrate the event. Amusing. ;)
