Hmm — two quotes of the week posts one after the other… One would think I’ve got better, or other, things to do lately, than to sit behind a computer and rant about whatever… Yeah: I’m sitting behind a computer, coding (for both work and my private stuff)..

I always have these, well ‘intense’ sessions whenever I get an idea and want it implemented and it can take up 95% of my time. Yeah really, the only exercise I do is to get myself a new cup of coffee, or to go out to the grocery-store when I run out.

That’s the down-part to working at home: hardly any people to talk to, no interaction what-so-ever. The only feedback I get is the clicking of my keyboard. That said, I’m not a real people’s person — in offices they usually all get on my nerves at some point, so I’m more leaning towards ‘joy’ than ’suffering’ considering this working-at-home thing.

The other nice thing is that I’m totally ignorant of what’s happening currently, anywhere. Sure I’m reminded when I catch the news in the evening, but a few moments after I’m totally focussed on code again. Yeah, ignorance is bliss. But at some point, when all technical challenges are tackled, I’m sure there’ll still be plenty of shit to be angry about.

So — I’m off again to do some coding — just a little blurb to let y’all know I’m not dead, just busy.
